Welcome to Pendleton County Memorial High School and the 2018-2019 school year! It is an honor to serve as principal of PCHS. My career in public education started in 1995 when I became an English teacher here at PCHS. I spent seven years in the classroom before being appointed an assistant principal, here at PCHS. This year marks my 14th year as an administrator and I couldn’t be more excited to be in what has become my hometown serving the Pendleton County community.

Our mission as Pendleton is to be a gateway that inspires, challenges and empowers students in their individual quests for growth and greatness in a diverse and changing world. We encourage all of our students to join an extra or co-curricular organization and be an active participant in Pendleton County Memorial High School.
I look forward to working with you as we prepare students for their next transition into adult life. I am committed to being here for your children and will do everything I can to ensure your child receives the best education while at Pendleton County Memorial High School.
Thank you,
Mr. Dietrich
